Fully Integrated Aluminum Facilities
Özen Aluminum Integrated Manufacturing Facility in Çerkezköy, Istanbul has started serving its customers with full capacity since the first quarter of 2008. Özen Aluminum Co., which covers an area of 16,000 m2 closed and 20,000 m2 open space, is planning to make its presence felt in global markets in very near future.

Extrusion
Thanks to our 1460-ton and 2100-ton presses in Çerkezköy as well as 1000-ton press in Bayrampasa, we continue to provide high quality products that always meet and exceed customer expectations.


Molding Dept. and R&D
A variety of R&D activities are currently being conducted at our computerized molding department in line with customers' demands.
Anodic Oxidation - Polishing
All our mat and polished 8m profiles are manufactured in electrolytic or organic colors in our modern anodic oxidation facility that has a 1000- ton monthly capacity.

At Özen Aluminum, profiles that are 6m tall undergo electrolysis treatment for the first time in Turkey.

Electrostatic Painting
Taking advantage of a 400-ton monthly capacity, all aluminum profiles get electrostatic painting in line with customer demands.
Quality Control
All Özen products undergo production and post-production quality checks and are manufactured at the highest international standards.

Packaging
Özen products always come with their own special packaging.

Logistics
Our aluminum facility, which has an easy access to major air, land, sea and railway transportation routes, is located near the TEM Highway in Çerkezköy, Istanbul.
